HOUSE RULES

Tupelo House is a professional workspace and we ask all renters to respect our studio. As a photographer renting the space you are responsible for all of your clients usage of our space.

Please help keep our floors clean for the next guest by asking your group to clean off messy shoes or prepare to clean up after them during check-out.

We do not allow glitter, sparklers, smoke canons or other messy items. We welcome streamers, large confetti, bubbles and flower petals! Friendly reminder that everything must be cleaned before rental time is over.

Champagne popping and cake smashes cannot be done over hardwood floors or Tupelo House area rugs. Please use seamless paper or you can provide your own covering.

All children need to be monitored by parents/guardians. All pets must be leashed when entering the building. You can unleash pets when you’re in the studio space with the doors closed.

Prepare time for check-out responsibilities. This includes sweeping up shoe prints, putting away props and leaving the space as you found it. Leave Tupelo House looking nice and lovely for the next renter. We’re all family here, we take care of each other!

Really, just treat Tupelo House with respect and everything will be just fine!
