Tupelo House has been a labor of love and is meant to make all House Guests feel like home. I’m so happy you are planning your visit! A detailed Tupelo House Guide as well as Terms & Conditions will be sent to all House Guses prior to booking. Below are some basics to help make your visit as magical as possible

Check-In and Check Out
Basically, I ask you leave Tupelo House looking as adorable as when they first arrived.

  • Throw away any trash. If the trash can is full, kindly take the trash out with you and dispose in the dumpsters to the right o the building. Tupelo House staff will dispose of trash if trash bins are left with limited garbage.

  • Please recycle in our paper bags! Tupelo House staff will properly dispose of recycled trash.

  • Make sure you’ve have all chargers, batteries and personal items before leaving. If you do leave something behind be sure to contact us right away, do not enter the space if it not in your perviously scheduled window!

  • Clean and sweep floors if any dirt or props are tracked during your stay.

  • If stemware is used, please rinse and set in ‘used’ bin for Tupelo House staff to clean.

  • Leave your key on the designated hook with your name and please be sure to lock the door behind you!

General House Guidelines :

  • House Guests are only permitted to enter Tupelo House during their previously booked schedule window.

  • House Guests are solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons and animals accompanying your stay.

  • All minors and pets must be closely monitored by their legal guardian. Pets must be kept leashed until they are inside Tupelo House, the doors must remain shut. There are no exceptions.

  • Don’t be late! Tupelo House will not accommodate late arrivals or missed appointments.

  • Tupelo House staff remain the right to charge a minimum $50 cleaning fee for any uncleanliness left behind.

  • Manage your time! Be sure to schedule enough time for House Guest Check-In and Check-Out duties. A charge of $50/15 minutes, $75/30 minutes and $150/hr will be applied to any House Guest with late departure, no exceptions.

  • House Guests are responsible to pay any Damage and Theft Fees accrued during their stay. This includes Tupelo House as well as Artists Studio on Main building. Damages include (but aren’t limited to) walls, floors, windows, furniture, equipment, props, wardrobe, etc. Damage and Theft invoice is to be paid within 7 business days or Tupelo House staff will charge the card on file for any unpaid fees or charges.

    We are located on the second floor with the best lighting!

    Booking Hours: You can book Monday through Sunday between the hours of 6am-7pm. Later times are available on request.

    Tupelo House is not open to the public and a booking is required.

  • Please be sure to book enough time for setting up!

    There is a strict late fee for all late departures. You can see more details here.

  • Photography is available as an add on for any House Guest!
    Owner/Photographer, Whitney Pelfrey of Native Iris Photography is available for bookings upon request. Inquire here!

  • Yes! I provide wifi.

    Signs will be displayed in our space for usage. I have a bluetooth speaker available as well for those good vibes.

  • We have plenty of free parking!

    Park in our gravel lot, on the street or even right next to the front doors.

  • Tupelo House can comfortably host up to 15 guests.

    Contact us before your session if you’re in need of hosting larger groups to be in one photo. We’ll show you some tips and tricks.

  • All we ask is that you leave Tupelo House as adorable as you found it.

  • Outside food and drinks are welcome!

    We do not have a food prep area or kitchenette with tableware. Hopefully soon!

    Be sure to rinse all dishes and set out to dry in the “used” bin. Tupelo House staff will wash all dishes.

  • We welcome pets for an additional add on fee of $30!

    Please be respectful of our neighbors, loud barking dogs may be asked to be removed.

    All pets must be leashed upon entering or building. Pets can be unleashed once inside our space with the door closed.

  • We can’t guarantee a noise free environment as we share a building with other creators.

    Our space is typically quiet with minimal outdoor noise but please plan to work around neighbor noises.

  • As our space is located on the second floor of a historical building. We would like to inform all guests that (as of now) we have no means for wheelchair accessibility. A hurdle we are anxious to overcome.
